This is from an Australian condom ad that was banned and it’s kind of great.
i cant even draw a fucking stick figure what the fuck
Saw this posted on my facebook this morning and just had to share. It continually amazes me how many people here on tumblr and elsewhere in the world continue to think the answer to racism is more racism…or that racism against white people is somehow “justified” or “doesn’t count as racism.”
Not only do white people think you’re full of shit, but so do your fellow POC.
this warms my heart
What we saw here was not racism but an act of discrimination and bigotry, which should never go unnoticed and should always be combatted. This instance of uncalled for prejudice does not equate to the countless offenses of institutionalized racism inflicted upon PoC by white people for hundreds of years. The actress was portraying a shitty person being unfair as fuck, and the people defending the white woman deserve all of the respect for standing up against this instance of unjust hatred, but anything this actress could have said or done in that barber shop can not be compared to the countless, powerfully horrible things white people have put entire races of people through. But that being said, her statements were not fair or okay, and these people did the most decent thing by standing against them.
